I CAN'T BELIEVE IT.

Arts Fest is already going to be my LAST DANCE ITEM :O
Time flies too fast!

From last year's SYF Zapin Tiong Hwa, to the Inang, to the Tari Topeng, and now Arts Fest.

I realise time is really too short for me to enjoy my (short) Malay Dance life in HCI. But I did reap the necessary benefits (:

Like such as going for Youth Leadership Dance Camp and learning about all the different genres with all the pros from other schools (esp. with Mdm Som Said and Mrs Bhaskar. Honoured!!)

Having my FIRST SYF experience and getting Gold =D

Competing in a small-scale competition as the only non-Malay team, and receiving lots of encouragement from our Malay counterparts.

Exploring the contemporary realms of Malay Dance.

Just one last regret: after learning so much from the Dance Camp, I never got the chance to choreo my own item. Lots of ideas but no avenues to express them. That's something I really hope to do one day. =)
